    We will start charging $25 for each day and enforcing a $25 no show fee. 

    You will receive an invoice for the week. You have to pay the invoice before your date. 

    Please submit all documents ASAP with subject line 'Business Center Dr.'. 


    Required documents:


    1.  2017 Fairfax County Department of Health Permit 
    2. Current (not expired) Fairfax County Solicitors License 
    3. Food Truck Operation Permit listing Business Center Dr. as the location
    4. 2017 Fairfax County Business/Professional/Occupational License (BPOL)
    5. Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing the property owner and others as additional insureds. 
    Information for Food Truck Operations Permit:
    • You get this from the Fairfax County Zoning office. If you don't have this yet, you need to take the permission letter, a copy of Lake Fairfax's zoning permit (Food Truck Location Permit) and the site map to the zoning office. Trucks need to take all three documents with them to the zoning office to get permit.     Additional Insured – LPC Commercial Services, Inc., Lincoln Property Company, Lake Fairfax Business Center Owners Association, The DC Food Trucks Association, The RMR Group, and their partners, directors, officers, employees, agents and representative; and all other indemnities named by the Owner or us are included as Additional Insureds, as respects General Liability

    For vending at St Elizabeth campus the address is 2701 Martin Luther King Jr Ave S.E. DC.  You need to go to gate #1 for entry. ( please bring ID)  Once in go left towards the dining hall which is building 33/34.  Keep left and you can park to the left of the dining hall which is right across the street from the GSA Building.


    Lunch on campus starts at 11am. Please arrive between 10am-10:30am to set up. 

    $45 per day.

    Two trucks daily twice a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

    All employees must be U.S. Citizens

    Participation Fee:  $45 per day

    Trucks should arrive on campus at 9:30am

    BECO Management, Inc. has asked us to manage a rotation of lunchtime food trucks at three of their properties in Fairfax County, one in the Town of Herndon, VA and one in the City of Alexandria, VA.  The service period is from 11:00AM – 2:00PM.  The properties are as follows:

    1.  Hallmark Building (1 truck on Tuesdays): 13873 Park Center Rd., Herndon, VA  20171

    2.  Fifty West  (1 truck on Tuesdays): 3975 Fair Ridge Dr. Fairfax, VA 22033

    3.  BECO Park Herndon (1 truck on Wednesdays): 500-540 Huntmar Park Dr., Herndon, VA  20170

    4.  Poplar Run (1 truck on Tuesdays) 5285 Shawnee Road, Fairfax, VA  22312

    This DMVFTA annual event brings together over 1,000 DMV residents who taste from DC's best food trucks as they battle to win votes to claim the golden spatula! The event includes Food Trucks, Beer and Wine Bar, Live Music, Local Artisans, Mobile Retailers, Games for the whole family and a chance to support a great cause! 

    Food Truck Vendor Fee: $100

    • Must be licensed to vend in Washington, DC
    • The concept - we sell tickets before and at the door, you collect tickets at your truck, and for every ticket you collect you provide a hearty tasting to the customer. Hearty means at least 1/3 of your normal portion size. For every ticket you collect we will reimburse you at the end of the event. You must provide at least 4 different items from your normal menu.
    • Customers will vote for their favorite trucks, and the winner will be announced after the event.
    • MUST be a member of the DMV Food Truck Association

    Exhibitor Fee: $100

    Exhibitors include mobile retailers, and other retailers that do not sell food.

    Cancellation policy - refunds will be provided up to 3 months prior to the event, which is July 14, 2017.
